We had done an advance booking for 2 nights 3days via Hotels.com On the day of checkin when we called stating that we will be checking in, we were told by the Hotel Golden Fort that there is NO BOOKING in our name , whereas we were sent a mail by Hotels.com stating that our booking was confirmed!
