The staff were very helpful and kind we arrived at the hotel 8 hrs before our check in time because our flight was an early morning flight the hotel manager was kind enough to arrange another room that was available for us the breakfast was amazing

Pool area was very nice, great location. The property was on the beach. Staff was nice and accommodating at times. Rooms could be cleaner, very dusty, low water pressure not hot, l had to have few repairs done to my room to be comfortable. Recommend for maybe a night or two but not longer just for pictures of the pool area.

I was immediately captivated by the ocean view at Pili Pili Tropical Island—it's hard to imagine a more stunning vista in Zanzibar. The property itself is quaint and serene, exuding a charming antique style. While there are no elevators to the rooms, the staff is always on hand to assist with luggage. During my stay in the Royal Suite, I enjoyed a private balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. It's worth noting that the internet and cell network service were unreliable, but this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway in Zanzibar. Special thanks to Visit Tanzania 4 Less for arranging this wonderful stay.

The veiw of the pool looking out onto the ocean as you enter the doors of the hotel is gorgeous. The breakfast choice is mediocre and pricey considering the mediocre quality of food. The lack of customer service training is evident due to youngness of the team. They also tried to charge me twice for my stay even when I provided proof of purchase & emails on my arrival. Not what you expect as a welcoming first impression. The wind at night from the ocean is pretty violent, it’s very loud whistling and the noise created from the flagpost outside should perhaps be taken down. It adds to the chaos. The room itself was nice although dusty you can tell just the bare minimum cleaning takes place. The jacuzzi jets do not work and the water runs cold so unfortunately I couldn’t use it. Something to bare in mind if you are going to pay extra for the jacuzzi.

I came to relax but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep because the sea is clashing against the rocks when the tide is high. That’s was very loud at night. Also, they took my white towel by accident, when I asked if I can get it back it took 10 days before I got it back. Every day I asked if they can look for it and they said to me that they will give it later… The bathroom smells and shower water is almost to none existent.

Fint hotel på stranden

Lækkert med udsigt ud over vandet. Strandsengene var en palleramme og en pude uden indstillinger - ikke meget komfort. Der manglede nogle stole på øverste etage hvor vi kunne sidde og nyde udsigten. Lille "by" tæt på hotellet hvor vi kom tæt på de lokale. Ikke mange steder at spise udover på hotellet som havde et meget sparsomt menukort. Vi rejste en dag før beregnet og fik eftergivet vores regning fra Restauranten i stedet for refusion for den sidste nat. Personalet var meget venlige. Fint hotel, men ikke luksus. Billederne snyder lidt.
