Bad I didn’t know the hotel was surrounded by an empty lot and a half-demolished park; it could be a visual disturbance. The room was a little bit outdated. I saw duct tape patch at the ceiling. The bathroom fan was loud."

"Generally a good hotel but the AC basically did not work at all in our room during 32+ C and very humid temperatures. It never went below 25 Celsius in our room. They provided two fans but a five star property should offer properly functioning AC in rooms. They offered a bottle of cheap wine and some chocolates but that was really a useless token of appreciation."
