Все отлично как всегда. Интерьеры, завтрак, круглосуточная регистрация, спа. Из минусов, больше для менеджмента отеля: так как было мало гостей бар закрывался раньше указанного времени. Непроживающие в отеле поситители в СПА. Детям вход в зону саун запрещён теперь.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. The staff was very nice- check in was very smooth. Our rooms were great. The pool was very nice and refreshing. I really like that the hotel and the rooms/pool area was all connected by an underground passage- so in bad weather- you could say indorrs the whole time. It was great for my mother as it limited her needing to go up and down the stairs. I'd stay here again - anytime!! ONE NOTE: I paid for the hotel with Expedia before going. On check out- I had forgotten this and they charged me again. After paying, I realized that it had been previously paid and I needed to go back for a credit. They said that it was NOT paid by Expedia- but when I showed them my confirmation from Expedia- they truly apologized and said that they would need to contact Expedia to get paid.. and credited me!

Piękny hotel, urządzony niezwykle konsekwentnie. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Podlasia. Bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone śniadania. Przyjemna strefa z basenem i saunami, czynna długo 8:00-21:00. Zajmowaliśmy apartament z 3 sypialniami i aneksem kuchennym. Dobre wi-fi, sprawna klimatyzacja. Polecam również na wyjazdy rodzinne, sympatyczny pokój zabaw dla młodszych dzieci.

Too many stairs for the family suites

The pictures look amazing and beautiful but on arrival I was disappointed to find stains in the carpet, an uncleaned toilet, and stairs - tons and tons of stairs. The booking gave the impression it was all on one floor, but found out on arrival that two of the bedrooms in the family suite are located on an upper floor and it wasn't fun to have to drag heavy luggage first down the stairs to the basement and then up the stairs again to our rooms. We called room service for help with our luggage, of course, because our family is in their 70s and 80s. Service was good and quick so we recommend requesting bell service on arrival. Yes, in the basement is where the entrance to the rooms are if you aren't in the main building and it feels like a basement with lots of concrete everywhere. There is a feeling of Swedish influence in the decor (think Ikea). It was a lot of space for the price so a good value. The pool/spa is very nice and the area is very peaceful - feels a bit like camping out in the country. That said, there was also a funny smell in our rooms like bug spray had recently been administered. I wouldn't stay again, but I might recommend it for a country retreat.

Уже не первый раз отанавливаемся в этом отеле и каждый раз только хорошие впечатления, все очень правильно продумано, чисто, хорошая постель , очень вкусный завтрак, красивая территория и внимательный персонал.

Останавливались на одну ночь, Прибыв в отель в 22 часа оказалось, что не только ресторан, но и бар уже уже закрыты. Ни поесть, ни даже кружку пива нельзя было. Pobyt weekendowy, z dzieckiem. Fajny basen, dobre jedzenie. Duży kompleks, my nocowaliśmy w budynku głównym, 1 piętro. Hotel nowiutki, widać że się starają, oby z czasem nie zeszło z nich powietrze. Obok basenu jest klubik dla dzieci. Wrażenie robią podziemne korytarze, można bez wychodzenia na powierzchnię przemieszczać się między wszystkimi budynkami. Duży minus to płatny parking, mogli by sobie darować w związku z cenami które nie są niskie (miejsc jest mnóstwo, więc to nie problem).
