"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "

"Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."

"Unser Zimmer war modern renoviert und ruhig. Ausstattung war gut, einzig die Kissen waren zu weich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Pool mit Blick ins Grüne. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Corona Prozedere dabei ist halt etwas umständlich, funktioniert aber. Die Musikauswahl im Frühstücksraum sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste dort nicht unnötig lang verweilen. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert."
