"Great location for 2 Parkrun's, a bit of a walk to the city centre, but doable. Room was clean, shower nice and hot with good water pressure. We would have loved a kettle in our room, this would have tipped us up to 5 stars."

"It was as described; kitchen cooking facilities and utensils all good quality and adequate for a short stay. Instructions for hob and microwave would be useful. Bedding and towels good quality. Clean and comfortable. The balcony an added bonus. Convenient for the town centre."
