"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. "We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly.
