"Rooms are clean. No covered walkway to enter the building while unloading luggage. Multiple building entrances and you have to go hunting on two stories to find a luggage rack. They do nothing to make sure they are returned. No ice machines or vending to get water or any drink unless you walk back out into the rain and go back to check-in. When you exit elevator signs pointing to the room number directions are behind you and on the wall down one corridor. Poor layout/design and amenities but overall clean and comfortable beds. Hope they can improve the check-in experience."
