Room is big. Hotel does not provide shampoo and conditioner. Limited options on dining because of location. Stay here if you want a quiet place away from the city.

A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju.

Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. I was provided on level 7 with GREAT CITY VIEWS especially at night was just beautiful and peaceful. Front desk staffs were always smiling and welcoming. I've asked for 2 room services and did an excellent cleaning jobs. Food from the restaurant wasn't the best but having the BBQ facilities was great. It's little costly that's because this hotel is located sort of mid/high on the mountain. All you had to do is drive out for 10 minutes to find shops and restaurants. I would love to revisit soon.

They wrote on the homepage there is shampoo, but indeed there is no shampoo provided so we have to buy it in the convenience store. If you don’t provide, write down the truth and customers can prepare it in advance…

Pros: Clean facilities. Bed is comfy. Cons: 1- Very limited and unorganised parking space. Hotel staff are very irresponsible about parking space for hotel guests. They did not provide parking space in that situation. They just said “don’t know” . That's very disappointing. 2- No amenities. No shampoo. They should have noticed through the email or text message before hotel guests arrived. We had to go downtown to buy proper shampoo and body wash because what the hotel has is not suitable for me. 3- Tiny refrigerator. It is so tiny that only a few water bottles can be stored. You cannot store any food with that tiny refrigerator. Even Oompa-Loompas will complain about the size. 4- I saw the hotel has an EV charger but it is useless because the EV charger was blocked with other non-EV cars and nobody cares. I had to find another EV charging station. It was very inconvenient. Overall, I deeply regretted my choice of hotel. I thought it would be a good hotel by the reviews and rating but it was all useless. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. I’d rather go to Airbnb over this. Very disappointed.

Not a good place to stay if you don't have a car. The hotel is not near anything within walking distance. There is no restaurant or room service so the only food you can get there is a breakfast buffet which is expensive for what you get (about 18,000 won per person) or a convenience store. The only time you can get coffee to go seems to be during breakfast (they don't have paper cups if you want to grab some coffee on the way out from the buffet so you have to purchase separately). The breakfast is subpar lacking basic breakfast items; just eggs, sad looking sausage and not great bread (i.e. the croissant is basically just white bread in the shape of a burnt croissant). Given Jeju in the winter is potato season, I couldn't believe they didn't even have a simple potato breakfast dish. Service wise, I arrived a little less than an hour before check in and asked if a room was ready. They said yes but if I wanted the room now I would have to pay for early check in. I understand the concept of early check in fees when you want to guarantee early access but I have never been told that I would have to pay a fee when a room is ready and available when I arrive, especially when it's less than an hour. Hotel also lacks basic comforts like coffee machines and enough sockets. This hotel seems to have been developed with the thought of intersecting the next door theatre and Nanta show and it shows in the lack of thought given to the comfort of visitors that actually want a hotel stay.

L’hôtel un peu loin du centre mais correct dans l’ensemble. Une voiture est un plus si vous souhaitez y séjourner, cependant il y a un arret de bus juste devant l’hôtel. La chambre était bien spacieuse et agréable. Petit bémol : un des drap était troué + la cabine de douche qui semble avoir besoin d’un nettoyage plus en profondeur.
