Hotel room was quite spacious, but level of cleanliness was just ok. Shower area could not contain the water and would keep spilling out. Location was good across Shilla Duty Free and walking distance to Lotte Duty Free as well. Coffee shop next door was also a good plus.

The room was in bad condition and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. While the staff was decent, the overall experience was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the hotel's convenient location

This hotel is located at downtown of Jeju city. So we could use all busses of Jeju city. (; Travelers without car can enjoy Jeju island so conveniently.

Good location, Not far away from bus station. Lot of stores, restaurants and coffee shops are surround the place within walking distance Only problem is no toiletry kit or bath towels provided. You have to buy the kit from vendor machine

Good location but drainage not so good

The only advantage of staying here is the location. It’s very near the airport with Shilla duty free mall just opposite. However, it’s a bit disappointing. I have checked with hotel staff via email whether there are 2 bathrooms (to shower) in the Royal Room before I made the booking. Hotel staff replied yes. Found out there was only one bathroom (to shower) upon check-in. 3 of us had to take turns to shower and the shower room was always flooding (had to off the tap and wait for the water to drain off then continue shower). Parking is very limited. If you go back to the hotel in the evening, you have to park outside or along the ramp.

직원분들은 친절하시고 체크인도 빨랐습니다 다만 침대시트의 정돈이 약간 미흡해서 청소가 된건지 안된건지 조금 궁금했습니다 그리고 엘레베이터가 2대뿐이라 일정이 몰리는 단체여행객들이 있을때는 층마다 엘레베이터가 머무르다보니 시간이 걸려서 그부분은 불편했습니딘

잠만 잘 예정이라 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다만, 세면대와 욕조 심지어 방에서까지 머리카락이 있지 않나 기분좋지 못한 냄새며 평안함을 완전히 망친 객실상태에 실망이 큽니다. 저렴하다고 해도 다시는 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 것 같네요.

호텔을 매일 1박씩 하는 게 더 유리한 거 같다는 느낌이 듭니다.

3박 4일로 투숙을 했었습니다. 침구류는 마지막 숙박 때만 해주더라구요. 차라리 1박씩 매일 나눠서 하는 게 손님들한테는 더 유리한 조건인 거 같았습니다. 그리고 매일 수건과 생수를 플라스틱 박스에 넣어서 방 앞에 놓아주던데 그 플라스틱 박스가 호텔하고 너무 안 어울렸습니다. 색깔도 그렇고 뭔가 호텔하고 안 어울리는 느낌?

제주 여행시 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다 예전에 비해 시설은 좋아지면서 가격이 다소 높아진건 조금 아쉽습니다 룸에서 다른 룸 문닫는 소리가 쾅쾅 들려 살짝 이번 출장에서는 잠을 설쳤습니다
