If I could I wish I cancelled. Over priced, no show shuttle bus, broken door, dirty, unclean. I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this and asking for a refund. Tourists beware.

Don't Trust the Pictures!

To be honest, the room was just so-so. The bed was super uncomfortable and I ended up getting up early instead of sleepung in because of it. The shower water kept on leaking into the bathroom floor and the floor itself was already slippery. We paid for the deluxe room and specified that it was for 2 people, but they only prepared for one and we ended up having to go down the lobby to request needed items. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs maintenance.

적당한 숙소!

객실 면적은 넓은 편이고 청결한 축에 속하나 샤워기가 제대로 고정되지 않아서 샤워 중 저절로 떨어지거나 샤워칸 문이 덜컥 거리는 등 시설관리가 미비하였고 냉장고 온도를 제일 낮게 맞춰진 줄 모르고 보관한 과일 등 시원하지 않아서 불편하였음.

협재 해변과 차로 10분거리, 외딴곳에 있어 밤에 운전하고 들어오기 무섭다. 주변에 식당이 없고 요리해 먹을 주방이 없으므로 그 부분이 불편했다. 하지만 멋진 숙소, 최고의 뷰, 넓은 방, 저렴한 가격으로 또 방문의향 있습니다. 아시다시피 제주는 아무리 먼 곳을 가도 1시간 운전 하면 갈 수 있기 때문에 외딴곳 숙소여도 문제 없음.

여기 묵으실 분들..

바퀴벌레와 날벌레들이 반겨주는 숙소에요. 늦은 시간인 열시 반에 체크인을 하고 들어갔는데 탁자 밑에 바퀴벌레가 마중나오고 침대 위에 날벌레들이 누워서 쉬고 있더라구요 프런트가 24시간이 아니어서 어떻게 해결이 안됐고 여기 어떤가 후기 보러 오신분들은 뒤로가기 누르세요 시설도 오래된 흔적이 보이고 침대도 딱딱해서 허리아파요 그냥 싼가격을 찾는 분들 여기보다 좋은 싼 숙소 많아요 잘 생각하세요 여기 진짜 별로에요

샤워실 문을 닫고 씻었는데 물 배수가 안됐어요. 그리고는 나와서 보니 세면대가 있는 욕실에도 물이 첨벙첨벙할정도였고 바로 이어져나오는 신발 놓는 곳 부터 침실쪽까지 물이 다 흘러나왔어요. 9시반에 그래서 로비를 10시까지 운영한다해서 프론트 전화했더니 안받아서 직접내려가니 불도 다꺼놓고 사람이 안보였어요. 왔다갔다하다 9시 50분에 다시 로비로 가서 옆에 닫힌 유리문을 보니 직원이 가방메고 있더라고요. 유리문을 닫아놓고 불도 꺼놓으니 사람이 잘 안보였던거였어요. 그제서야 확인받고 방 바꿨습니다. 다음날보니 다른 가족여행객도 같은일을 겪었더군요. 시간이 늦어 그 방을 바꾸지도 못했고요. 편히 쉬어야할 호텔에서 힘들었네요. 관리 문제 있어요. 4층에 있는 룸 썼어요.

욕실 위생 신경써주세요~

호텔과 리조트가 함께있어 이동할땐 차가 꼭 필요할것 같습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 매트리스가 단단하여 정말 편했어요. 다만 욕실 위생이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 세면대랑 샤워부스는 대대적으로 청소가 필요합니다.

제주여행

오래된 건물이라서 감안하고 예약했는데 저희가 묶었던 객실은 화장실 문이 없었네요 가족여행이라도 성별 다른 자녀와 여행하면서 묶기에는 불편할것같네요. 다행히 저희는 화장실문 있는 다른 객실이 있어서 변경요청했는데 친절히 변경해주셨습니다. 그리고 수영장 및 온천 이용할 생각으로 4박예약을 했는데요 코로나 영향으로 회원들만 이용이 가능하다고 해서 전혀 이용을 못했습니다. 공지를 해주시면 좋을것 같습니다 혹시 이런 혜택때문에 이용하실분들은 참고하시면 좋을것 같습니다

워낙 오래된 건물임을 감안하고 가격이 저렴한 숙소이기에 기대는 안했지만, 방안 먼지때문에 힘들었고 가구도 너무 낡고 부서진 상태였습니다. 규모에 비해 아까운 호텔.

숙소 주변 자연환경이 좋고 면적이 넓어서 마음이 편안하고 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 내부청소가 완벽하지 않고 숙소 4층에서 창문을 여니 멀리서 더 마파크에서 날아오는 말똥냄새가 바람을 타고 오는 것 같아 창문열어 놓기가 불편했습니다. 다른 거는 모두 좋았습니다.
