"We’ve traveled for years with me making reservations in my name/e-mail and using my husband CC to pay, with NO issues!
This was not allowed when we checked into this location!
My only option was to give them a CC with my name on it or my husband would have to come in and all information would have to be changed into to his name. The employee made it clear how inconvenient it was for him to change everything.
When I asked for the extra bedding and towels he failed to give it all to me.
Had to make an extra trip to the front desk for the sheets, only received one and again acted annoyed that I asked for the other one!"
