불편했던 하룻밤

미국에서 숙박한 모든 업소중 최악. 복도에는 악취가 났고, 방에서는 옆방의 전화통화 소음이 그대로 다 들림. 다시는 가고 싶지 않음.

Stayed in 4 different rooms over 5 consecutive days. First day the toilet kept pushing our piss around the room because it kept flooding. Also the staff strategically bangs on your door at 9:30am to offer house keeping, to egg you to be awake for an on time check out. Essentially they wake you up two hours prior to 11am. Then once 11am hits, they will call your room at 11:01, and every 3 minutes afterwards. The inclusive breakfast comes with a granola bar, cup of water and a stale muffin. You’re better off sucking on rocks from outside. Like I mentioned earlier, I was in 4 different rooms. Every single sheet was plastered with food stains and hair. They don’t actually change sheets, just make the beds for the next family to come in. In between days if you’re there early enough or up early enough, you can also just spectate them at 9:30am. They enter every single room with garbage bags, but there’s no carts full of clean linens. They walk in throw trash out, and leave the rooms for the next family while never changing the sheets. I’m not one for rumors but if you have the misfortune of having to sleep here with no choice, I urge you to just watch for this. It will make you laugh on how true it is. All in all, this is not a get what you pay for hotel. A shelter would have better conditions, and that’s being generous. Every shower was a biohazard. Just not worth it.

No breakfast, just a cup of coffee and a muffin from the office. Poor cleaning, someone's hair in the bathroom. Its okay for one night but definitely not for a few days.

The hotel was not clean, dirty bedsheets, the air conditioning barely cooled, no free breakfast as advertised. It was close to NYC.

Our booking was "breakfast included"; however there was no hot/cold breakfast served. A coffee machine and few tea bags were available though. The hotel provided 1 muffin and 1 protein bar in a brown bag per person as breakfast. Also, the toilets needed multiple flushes and it took ages for the toilets to be ready for the next flush. No, I will not recommend nor stay here again.

No internet connection, snoke smell in a non-smoking room, poor breakfast and rude receptionist on first day of arrival. The hotel standard was lower than expected

THERE WAS AN SPIDER IN MY BED IN THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE ME. BECUSE IT DISAPPEARED WHILE WAITING ON SOMEONE TO COME THEY DID NOT OFFER TO CHANGE LINENS OR CLEAN THE BED. I HAD TO COMPLAIN RO EXPEDIA TO GET MOVED. ONCE MOVED I HAD LUGGAGE THEY HAVE NO ELEVATOR, OR ESCALATOR.

Worst hotel. They say breakfast included but there is no actual breakfast like other average hotel. They give an oat bar, and unbranded fruit cup which smells like medicine.full of cigarette smell on hallway. They didn’t even clean trash and I need to ask them every day for 3 nights stay. These group of people owns hotels are spoiling hotel services industry

Service desk people are not rude.no breakfast as say on line.bath tub was clogged. Dangerous aria to stay I should get some part of my money back.Expedia should look into it. Never do business with Expedia if I don't get some kind of money back.

The bathroom has mold - upon asking denied the cleaning but they asked us to wait one night and we left - staff did not even care to give another room or refund I had to waste my time to get refund from expedia after all calls and emails I got my refund but no apology from expedia poor service from expedia too

Blanket on bed has dry blood on it. The door slam hard so that is all you hear all night. I had my husband and 2 kids and front desk person question me on how many when he saw 2 adult and 2 children and I made the reservation for 2 adult 2 children

Very dirty room. Toilet seat so gross we didn’t sit on it. Dirty floors. Beds were new and clean and comfortable.

Needs work on plumbing and making sure what is advertised works. Couldn't use the tub water disnt stay in it and hot water waa barely hot. Tv had 3 channels is paying that mich money smart TVS

Le préposé à l'accueil n'a pas été très sympathique à notre endroit. Très impatient. Plancher de salle de bain en très mauvais état. La seule note positive, le lit très confortable.
