Peaceful oasis in Jerusalem, close to Old City and easy to get to Jaffa Street. Large, comfy, good quality rooms.
Staff were excellent, welcoming and friendly.
Definitely recommend
Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.

The staff was very nice, but it’s too quiet and pretty scary.
Close to Jaffa Street in Jerusalem. And the Old City... In a perfect location! We asked for a baby cot. who came to us in a new clean minutes with suitable bedding.
We had a really nice stay. The staff was kind and professional, the rooms were new and spacious, and everything was very clean. We also liked the location, a short walk to the old city.

Disliked: Staff & service
Waited till after 4pm to check in, the room floor had some weird sticky substance on it, the air conditioner was not working till maintenance came, bathroom doors didn’t shut, and worst of all, there was loud music and someone on a microphone till 1am. So loud to the point the pillows were vibrating.
On the morning of checkout at 9am, housekeeping let themselves into the room without knocking first.
Due to the late check in because the room was not ready, the hotel staff didn't do anything to compensate.
The hotel is renovated and rooms aesthetically look nice but who cares if you can’t sleep
It was a stone's throw from Mamilla and the Old City. We left the car parked in their garage basement (which is secured by an electronic gate) and walked everywhere. We even walked to the Khan Theatre that night - left the hotel at 8pm, got to the theater 15 minutes later. The staff are so nice and accommodating. We learned that it was a youth hostel but was turned into a hotel 6 months ago.
Good hotel and problems about breakfast solved. Expedia offers breakfast but on arrival it was not included. Also wifi to the room was out of reach of the router, had to buy esim.
