"Nice locations"

"Room had blood and vomit on the walls and doors. Toilet wouldn't flush. Makeup and eyeliner shavings in the sink. Dirty towel in shower. Just overall not clean. Can tell they hit the high spots and thats it. They asked if we just wanted to stay in the room, told them absolutely not with blood present. They finally moved us to another room. We were booked 3 nights but when we asked the housekeeper for clean towels she said she'd give us some. We didn't get any and when we called the front desk about it, they informed us that no cleaning services were done to rooms with multiple days booked, which meant no clean towels available. They did eventually send some up via robot. For what we paid per night...absolutely not worth it. "

"second time at this stay. my first time was amazing! thank goodness it was for my birthday and not during this time for an event. The service was not so great. I requested for things and didn’t receive them until the night before I left and they made me go to the lobby to get items. I never had to do that unless it was a cheaper hotel:/"

"The hotel was great. We will be staying there in the near future. The breakfast great. Rooms was very clean. Staff very polite, kind. Our grand daughter love the water park. Thank you so much making us feel welcome. We have to return the Kansas City in the near future and we will be booking at this location again. Liberty /Kansas City on N. Church Rd. "
