"Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. "

Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸"
