It was a beautiful location, the bed was comfy and the room clean. They even accommodated our breakfast at 8 instead of the standard 9am because we had a whitewater trip and we had to be there at 9. Kyle was amazing and gave us good tips for around the area. Thank you again for making our stay memorable for fiancee and I.

It was a cute little old place not far from town. The Inn Keeper was very friendly and welcoming and even though the house itself was very old and looked like it could use an update, his kind care made all the difference. I recommend staying. You need to take your car into town because of the massive hill but it’s still very close and convenient in a sweet little neighborhood. A little bit of fresh local jam would be a nice addition to breakfast. We would stay there again. It’s safe, close, friendly and very close to the town.

Hillcrest is up the hill a few minutes walk to downtown, in a very quiet area. The bedroom could use some updating - old curtains, drapes, bedspread, etc. - looks rundown. Bed was comfortable but room was very dusty. The house was just sold to a new owner, so the house is in transition. I do want to comment that the Innkeeper/B&B hosts that live on the property, Kyle and Christy Ann, (not the owners) are extremely nice and helpful.
