I did not give a perfect rating because (1) the Check in person sounded rude when we requested a check out time of 12 noon the next day. And (2) hot water did not last thru the whole shower. "The hotel seemed quite new so all the fittings were of a good standard. This area of the city also seems to be new so the hotel itself is on several of the upper floors of a building. The ground floor seems to be unoccupied. The room was of a moderate size but well decorated. The biggest negative point was that it was a long way from the centre taxi was about 8500won. The area was very quiet but we found a good restaurant over the bridge. "
