Staff really friendly and professional. The variety of food for breakfast is excellent and everything is delicious and well made. Always clean and fresh. The pool was in maintenance and we could not use but it is understandable. The gym equipments are old and poor in options but I reckon not many guests are using it as it was always empty. In a overall the stay was beyond expectations.

Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

Hotel bem localizado, o quarto é bem espaçoso, sem reclamações do quarto, a limpeza foi feita 2 dias soh, troca de toalhas não teve, café da manhã simples, porém gostoso, atendimento bom, só no dia que cheguei, cheguei na madrugada por volta das 3:30 o recepcionista nem acendeu a luz, ficou numa luz bem fraca, mais isso não teve problema.

Hotel com ótima localização! De toda nossa estadia apenas o café temos que elogiar, otima opções, porém o servico era tercerizado! Ja referente aos servicos prestados pelo Littoral gold flat foi ruim e mal realizados! Funcionarios despreparados para lidar com o publico, grosseiros e com falta de vontade para trabalhar! Limpeza péssima e quando tinha (forte odor de urina no banheiro) ficamos 8 dias e nenhum dos dias colocaram um desinfetante no banheiro e nem trocavam o tapete do banheiro. Sem programação para limpeza, faltou toalhas em um dos dias. Todos servicos informados nao funcionavam e com defeitos, exemplo sauna! Enfim custo beneficio péssimo
