Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great.
Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show.
On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line. Luckily I asked someone if this was the check out line who directed me to the key drop off and told me I didn’t have to check out. I thanked god I didn’t make the mistake of foolishly following the signs directions but I could easily see this happening.
Outside of the opening and closing tastes we had a great 3 day stay at this property.
