"Decent stay.
Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area)
Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs.
Overall, its good enough given the price."

"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good.
It is basic, but clean. Great value for money! Would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked this hotel four days prior to my check-in date. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that due to server glitches, they could not provide me a room as all rooms were full. I explained that I had booked well in advance and asked why I hadn’t received any communication about this issue. Their only response was that they had technical problems and kept repeating the same excuse.
Eventually, they allotted me a room, but it was in a pathetic condition—no fan, dirty bedsheets...

"This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay:
1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel.
2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room
3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel,...
