"Front desk staff totally non customer focused
Aircon didn’t work in our room. Lovely technician tried for 45 minutes in our room to repair
We asked to just sleep in empty room next door T 9.30 pm and not have to pack up and movie but front desk said not a good business proposal from their point of view as would be getting two rooms instead of one
We said bad business to not be customer focused she said company rules I said that sucks
Had we packed up and moved rooms it still would have meant they had two rooms used til 9.30am anyway
So we slept with no air and will never use Radisson again
We explained again in the morning to head guy on desk and he said sorry but not willing to even offer free coffee while we waited for 10am shuttle
