โA great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Manitou Springs or to the starting line for the Pike's Peak Ascent or Pike's Peak Marathon.

โThis was a beautiful property in a romantic setting. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. We had the breakfast and romantic dinner-and the food, as well as the ambiance were superb. Highly recommend, we had a wonderful time for our anniversary. โ
โThe hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The queen suite was very roomy and the lake view was beautiful. Having the sofa and kitchenette was a nice option. The mattress was very comfortable as well. The shower had great water pressure and the water was immediately hot. My only complaint is that the bath towels were a bit thin and small. โ
โMy wife and I loved our stay at the Rose St B&B. The house was beautiful and Jaime was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in the area. โ
