Great quiet place to stay. Great breakfast. My ONLY gripe is they allow pets, (& I like dogs) but they can be unruly sometimes.

It was great having a full sized fridge, cooktop and microwave. They even had a light meal on Mon-Wed evenings ! Was a little hard getting extra towels for our one week stay.

This hotel truly is one of the best home away from homes in Johnson City Tn. The staff is AMAZING they all work so hard at ensuring they make your stay as comfortable as possible. If anything is not to your liking they will go above and beyond to make it right. The breakfasts are amazing, beds are sooooo comfortable, rooms are very clean. They also have free laundry facilities which makes it very convenient. It definitely will not disappoint and is worth every penny.

We were staying only for 2 nights while visiting family. The hotel is very nice. It doesn’t look like it’s falling apart and staff was working hard to keep it clean. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast didn’t seem to have that many options but what was available was good enough for us. I would recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Nice facility and staff, will stay there again.

Facility was great.. breakfast was good and it was nice to have a “meet and greet” in the evenings we were there. The only complaints that we had was, the toilet wasn’t clean and when my wife pulled up the duvet when she got in bed, she noticed either blood or chocolate on the cover. Housecleaning took care of it right away. I will stay there again. 😊

It's an extended stay type of property, I liked the kitchenette in the room and the outdoor grills available if you wanted to cook for yourself. Was there nine nights though and only had light housekeeping once, even though their policy says my room should have been cleaned thoroughly once and lightly 4-5x.

There was a dog that barked constantly in a room next to ours. The hotel should have rooms in a different area of the hotel for guests who have pets. Otherwise the rooms were nice and the staff was helpful.
