Love the room and bathroom space, love the wide windows, the walking distant to KSL and some F&B. Can improve with some (not all) customer services, the TV channels and what guests have to park at level 4 & 5 where the driveways up and down are so narrow, add a handhold shower option in the shower, repair the shaky bathroom holders and faulty bathtub stopper.

1) Not child family as there is only rain shower outlet in the toilet and no normal shower head. How to bathe a toddler without getting wet? How to wash legs when change to bedroom slippers without getting wet? 2) The toilet is terrible as the 02 in my room have mould and stains. 3) Some parts of the room had a layer of dust. 4) The room is considered big. There are plenty of food eateries around the hotel.

숙달된 직원을 컨시어지에 배치하세요. 코파던 손으로 가방들어 줄때 끔찍했습니다. Super Un-trained concierge every where. They were watching mobile all day and play with them. Very in polite attitude . International hotel but rarely speak english

Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch.

Location convenient. Hotel quite old. Time to do upgrading. My room was teriible. Has booked a suit room. Toilet wash basin was choke. Call for service but the plumber is the hotel service man and no experience in repairing the issue. Room is not as clean as other hotels. Stayed 2 nights :(
