Pros: Surrounded with lot of local street food, restaurants, car services, massage parlor(family friendly), MyDin Mall and Tesco. More of local chinese communities. Cons: Wifi signal wasn't strong enough, TV signal wasn't working, sound proofing was a little bad. Overall, simple and nice place to stay for the price. Will stay again next time.

My 2nd time visiting this hotel. I like the hotel itself with good amenities with spacious guest room. Also reception was welcoming upon check in. However, there is nothing much on neighbourhood and away from CIQ - JB Sentral.
