A localização é ótima, próxima a supermercados, farmácias. O flat é bem dividido, porém houve falha na comunicação. Combinaram o checkin às 16h e disseram que teria uma pessoa para recepcionar, não tinha ninguém, ficamos um tempo do lado de fora, até que um casal, entrou em contato com o proprietário e passou meu contato para enviar as informações. A comunicação muito falha, explicaram que um canal é respondido por IA, porém se não fosse o casal, não teríamos entrado no flat. E ficaria na rua ou teria que procurar outro hotel. Até sugeri que não usem mais esse canal de IA, não funciona. Nos deram um quarto que estava sujo e com uma lâmpada para trocar, informei a situação, nos deram outro.
