This property was very nice I’m never staying anywhere else. Jennifer from desk host was amazing and Cynthia the staff lady was great, pleasure and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and hallway is well lite.

It was fantastic! Came in for a wedding and had an extended stay. Staff was super friendly. From was very clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet since it is right by the highway. Great eating nearby, too. Great place to relax at the end of each day.

Thank you,it made a difference to me!

I was visiting family and just staying the night. I arrived at nearly midnight and the front desk person greeted me warmly and got me checked in quickly. I needed to be out early and left only a few hours later and the same staff member checked me out with the same wonderful attitude. I travel a lot and can’t tell you how often front desk staff make it seem like I’m an inconvenience. This staff member made a brief stay as pleasant as it could be.

Time for new beds?

Our stay was very good. The hotel is quite convenient to family and we were there to see family in unhappy circumstances. My only real issue is with the bed. It was so soft that it caused me to sink into it to an uncomfortable degree; and that extra softness also made for a very warm bed.

Overall a good experience, I attended in early November for work. There are some immediate accessible food options (McDonald's, cracker barrel) but within a 15-20 minute drive there's a plethora of options! Continental breakfast was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall very good stay. While I did not need it, I recieved an accessible room and I thought the amenities in it would be good for someone who requires them including additional space in the bathroom, pull bars, and a walk-in shower that was barrier free.

Good, for the most part.

Checked into a spacious room with an interesting layout- two doors to the closet with one in the bathroom! Unfortunately, the toilet wasn’t clean. The friendly clerk at the front desk immediately gave us keys to a room across the hall. There was a small brown stain on the bedsheet. I wouldn’t have made much note of it, but was a bit disappointed after the experience in the first room. Overall, the room was comfortable and quiet, and all staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, quiet and convenient off the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a double suite with a pullout couch, and kitchenette. The issues we had was the closet; you could utilize it from front door and also the bathroom. There was shelves and a Mirror, on the bathroom side, however no Light, no ac and no privacy to change or get ready. You couldn't even walk through the closet it was too narrow. We traveled with our 2 teenagers (1 boy 1 girl), normally we make things work, but this space did not work for us. The TV was too small and not well placed in the room. Thank you.
