The staff is fine for the most part. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. Beds are comfy. Improvement needed in cleaning & just making them look "professional" Plenty of novice maintenance & repairs goes on here. The pricing is great, so you somewhat get what you pay for. This was my 3 rd stay here for 6-11 days each, so the short comings aren't a deal breaker for me. It's a convenient location & reasonably priced.

While the rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast set up worked perfectly for us the hotel allows pets and our room, including the bedding, smelled of dog. The area around the hotel is not nice as it looks over a rundown home.

Chose this hotel since it was under the Best Western umbrella. However, the hotel was dirty, several stains on towels, bedding, and walls; mold in the bathroom, and dirty vents. The staff was kind and refunded our stay so that was nice.
