"Staff was great"

"We were worried about parking since we didn't want to pay the daily rate but there was plenty of parking on the street our entire stay. The tv volume in our room didn't work & the couldn't be accommodated but it was fine we ended up just staying up talking until we fell asleep. All the staff was very kind & helpful. I did pre-check in so it went quick & smooth. The area was surprisingly quiet for it to be such a busy location. I would definitely stay again. "

"Easy check in, good size room "

"I've stayed at this Embassy Suites location numerous times. This time was not its finest. When we arrived, the bathroom lights would not turn on. We called the front desk and were directed to text for service, not a fan of this. No response from the text, so I called again, and they said they would send someone up to fix it. Took about an hour without lights before everything was usable. The next day, I received a text saying there was an emergency water shutoff from 11am to 1pm. No big deal, these things happen. Still didn't have hot water at 5pm, and when it finally returned, it was a slow trickle. Not optimal for planning showers and life. Valet parking was slow and unorganized, especially for the cost. Overall, I think they were just having a bad week. It has always been a pleasant stay. This one was just a little off. "

"The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The bagel, egg, and bacon sandwich might be the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I did try the rooftop lounge on Saturday evening; the view was nice, but the music was very loud and it had the overall vibe of a club rather than a restaurant. I was on the floor below the lounge and did not have an issue with noise."

"The room was very small and looked like a motel 8 room. Outside of that, very beautiful hotel, outstanding restaurant and awesome staff"
