“My wife and myself would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the staff who were very polite courteous and couldn’t do enough for us they are a credit to the hotel the chef was amazing from breakfast to dinner apart from having an issue climbing stairs to 3rd floor the stay was still excellent”

“Very clean and comfortable. Matches the pictures shown. Netflix and local gym/pool included was great thank you. Communication through routine attachments sent was good but slow or no response to individual questions asked via Expedia app compared to other hotels/ accommodations where response has been much better. Price is on higher side and for me was a little overpriced for Great Yarmouth as a location overall. But can’t fault the property and the views.”

Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely...

“Minus:) carpets in the corridors where filthy, there was an unpleasant smell . Found cobwebs in the corners of the room out of reach. Good :) the bed was comfortable kitchen was good.”

“We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd...

“Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.”

“Helpful staff but very run down property. My room had a broken bed frame, a broken fridge with duct tape around it. A highly stained chair was included. The floor was uneven and very creaky, which caused a lot of noise.”
