“The building is new, so it's clean, and the staff is friendly and nice.”

“Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. ”

“With the right expectations, a true gem and great value. Gorgeous, expansive pools (2!); tasty, reasonably-priced restaurant onsite (Blue Iguana, ate there twice); beautiful landscaping although faded-looking buildings. Our 1-Queen room was quiet, spacious, looked newly updated, working AC, great view of patio and ocean/mountains. The WiFi was so slow, would not stream Netflix or other services on the TV. No walkable beach access, but with a rental car Seven Seas Beach is 100% worth conquering...

“Wanted to really like this place. Advertises right on the water which it is. You can’t access it due to rocks and waves but it is waterfront. Pool is nice and 24 hours! Great! Staff were super helpful and very nice. Room needed some TLC very dated and simple. Not the nicest, but clean. Beds were firm but pillows comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking. Nestled in a worn down neighborhood, but felt safe. At night, Could hear plenty of dogs and the coqui frogs. Also could hear the highway all...

I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
