"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

The rooms also lacked a microwave, which would have been nice for warming up food. Overall, it's a great stay, just a hop, skip, and a jump to Myeong-dong street market, the subway, and a taxi line right outside of the hotel."
