"They do not provide any paper products even though there is an entire kitchen. The place was cute but only one chair on a huge balcony. I ordered drinks at the pool bar and they gave us the wrong ones and said too bad we cannot exchange them because it was a package, which made no sense. Also the front desk is extremely slow moving and cannot help with much. They kept calling our room and then hanging up for no apparent reason. Close to the beach so that’s nice.
