"We arrived for our two night stay around 5pm. We were greated and walked over to our apartment by the owner. When we entered we were surprised to see such a large space. She told us we were in the 4 bedroom appointment. I was surprised because I booked the 2 bedroom apartment. She said not to worry about it this is where we were to stay. "We felt like family at this very charming and historic hotel. Anders and Louisa are such friendly and helpful managers. We do not speak Danish but their English was more than perfect. Our dining experiences were outstanding and the breakfasts were superb. We were in Denmark for meetings and the hotel’s facilities were excellent for all of us. Thank you for an exceptional stay. "

"Situated with views of the beautiful countryside and sunsets. The owners really care about their hotel and it shows they their friendliness and helpfulness. It is very clean, neat, tidy & safe. The meals are all just fabulous. I can highly recommend the fish and vegetables! On a main road yet extremely quiet. Close to a bus stop or plenty of off street free parking. A five minute drive to the famous Bork Vikingmuseet."

"Intrigued by the nose bears, but mostly ready to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place, I was working in the area this week and took the opportunity to stay here for a second time. Friendly staff, good food, hundreds of elephants and a beautiful setting are all an attraction. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here as often as I have opportunity.
