Only stayed 1 night and wouldn’t care to stay longer. Room is small and had an odour. Very basic hotel stay not worth the price; stayed in much nicer hotels in Japan for far less money. Upside is it’s located a few minutes walk to train station and 10 minute walk to Kurashiki Old Quarter.

Clean and modern hotel. Pleasant, safe and close to train station ferry and dining options. The access to the Onsen and the restaurant there was nice plus.

The entire hotel feels worn and in need of an update. The area along the canal is nice enough and I felt safe at night, just wish I had chosen a better hotel.

Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all ...
