"Me and my family arrived before 3 pm to check in but the room was not ready yet they still cleaning it and I have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the room by 4;15 pm . We were very tired and the staff stared we were fully booked. I entered the room tried to call the lobby but the phone was not working"

"Stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite. It was perfect. Enough room for 4 adults and 2 small children. Very clean and spacious room, hotel staff was great. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Overall I give Galveston Beach Hotel five stars Thank y'all so very much for accommodating myself, my husband, and my son and his family all in the same room"

"Our stay was relaxing. The only issue was our A/C unit was leaking all night, we had to put towels underneath it. I noticed another review talking about the truck stop next door, it was honestly not an issue for us and it didn’t disturb us at all. The staff was very nice and attentive!"

"There was hair located in the bathroom on the bed as well and some kind of stains are on the bed. It wasn’t clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was very poor. The location was not terrible. It fit for where we were going. The air-conditioning did work."
