I highly recommend this wonderful Bavarian guesthouse and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean and the restaurant was spectacular. We will return the next time we are in the area.

The property has that real German look and the way the people are treated us very good and they were very helpful and kind to me and my wife we really appreciate them and we really enjoyed our time there as well as coming back again soon I am telling all my family and friends about how much we love the food and the breakfast was also great I give them 10 stars. The rooms were very clean and they were nice very quiet at night love it

Perfect stay in Hohencken

Absolutely wonderful! The room was perfect for our needs. It was clean and roomy so we did not feel cramped at all. Parking was available a very short way from our room. They served a wonderful breakfast with typical German fare. And we had dinner there in the evening. The food, service and atmosphere were all perfect!! We loved the entire experience!!

My sister and I stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and even served us dinner after the kitchen had closed moments before our arrival. Room was clean. You do have to ask for clean towels each day, but that really wasn’t a problem.

I enjoyed the ambience and the bed was very comfortable for me. The breakfast was very good. Property was undergoing some renovations. There were some loud guests outside past midnight. The church bells behind the hotel start ringing about 8am.

This is a traditional German hotel. There are no bells and whistles, this is not a place for handicap people. I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was very comfortable, and they changed the sheets often, we did have to ask for towels, which were promptly delivered. The property is exceptionally clean and the staff very helpful. I really loved the breakfast and Rosie was the very best! The dinner is great too, this is the place the locals go to eat, it's not really a bar though, they go for the good food too. We stayed 8 nights and I will go back the next time we go to KL.

Great inn

Excellent inn traditional style with extra accommodation buildings in the same street close by. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and large, decor smart. It was very hot weather and could really have used AC but a rather noisy fan was available which did help. Food and drinks were great. The architecture and layout of the inn has external seating areas so our meal was al fresco but there are huge rooms inside as an alternative. A varied European style Breakfast was included and the staff cooked up fresh scrambled eggs as well. Overall this is a great place to stay with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
