“Really great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful (particularly Carlos in the restaurants and Tatiana at the pool bar). Facilities were also great. The only negative is that one of the restaurants was not available after 6:00 p.m. (but you could order of the menu at the remaining restaurant in the evening). Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit and other breakfast dishes.”

“Arenal Manoe was an excellent experience. Its location is central to all the main attractions in La Fortuna but away from the busy town. The surrounding trees and volcano views are stunning, they were as beautifull at night when everything is beautifully lit. The food was exceptional, the service friendly, and the pool area clean and relaxing with great drinks. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting La Fortuna.”

“This is a very beautiful home, clean, modern, perfectly comfortable. Host is very kind and attentive. Location is farther from La Fortuna but closer to all the hot springs, waterfall and places to explore. Uber was helpful to get here and get around. Peaceful environment full of beauty. “The bungalows are a bit rustic, which I loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.”

“This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. “I appreciate the staff holding our reservations as we experienced flight delays due to inclement weather. Security checked us in after hours very quickly and had keys ready to escort us to our rooms. Very clean, really good door seals to keep humidity out and efficient AC. THANK YOU!”

“Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Es gibt eine „draußen“ Küche zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und diverse Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten draußen. Sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und schön. Wenn man Glück hat sieht man den El Arenal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, man kann aus 4 Optionen auswählen und auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und engagiert. ”

“The apartment we stayed in was very clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was lovely. The locatiin was great, very central and clise to restaurants, grocery store and shops. A quick uber ride to the hot springs. I woukd highly recommend Villas Fortuna Boutique Hotel.”

“The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant did not disappoint and was less expensive than restaurants we enjoyed around the area. ”

“We stayed in a villa and it was excellent. Plenty of space, clean, comfortable bed. The grounds were like paradise. We enjoyed reading and listening to the birds in the hammock area and enjoyed a little swim in the pool. North fields coffee tour is right beside the hotel which was convenient! We had a car which was helpful to get into town. We walked from town once which took maybe 40 minutes. We would stay here again!”
