“We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Although there was construction on the property, it didn’t bother us much. The location is convenient, close to the port but not much immediately closeby. So, you’ll likely need a car unless you want to spend all your time walking. Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. “We reserved a “standard” room. There was good communication prior to arrival; however, we were not informed there are several apartment buildings belonging to this complex. Inside, we found several empty bottles in lower cabinets. The breakfast basket was delivered to our unit every morning in a timely manner; however, there was limited variety. ”
