Found svanen no problem, beautiful area, 10 minute walk to centre, great value hotel. Couldn't find any faults. Strongly recommend this hotel, I will definitely stay here again. Fantastic value which includes quality breakfast.

Ohne Schnickschnack - mit sehr freundlichen Leuten
Das Haus ist schon länger in Betrieb. Parkplatz ohne Kosten direkt vor dem Haus. Die Leute sind super freundlich. Der Lift war teilweise defekt. Das Zimmer super klein, die einzelbetten wirklich schmal, das Badezimmer richtig klein. Doch irgendwie sehr sauber und fein. Ruhig und ordentlich. Für eine Nacht als zwischenstopp würden wir wieder gehen.

Greit hotell for en natt i Kalmar.
Enkelt, men greit hotell i Kalmar. Ligger en liten spasertur utenfor sentrum. Rolig område. Få gratis p-plasser, men rimelig parkering i nærheten (10,- nok) for å parkere fra 16:00-10:00. Hotellet har en liten bar som er åpen til kl. 21:00 (positivt). Frokosten er enkel, men greit utvalg av rundstykker, pålegg og youghurt. Anbefaler for folk på gjennomreise eller for et kortere opphold.

Fik et værelse 102, hvor der var meget larm og støj, fra det fælles badeværelse som lå på af vores værelse. Der var meget larm meget tidligt om morgenen 05:30 og frem til morgenmaden begyndte.
Værelset lå også ved en indgang hvor folk talte sent om aften og natten.
Jeg bad om et andet værelse, det blev ikke imødekommet fra stedet siden.
Tørt brød på morgenmadsbuffet er trist.

Vi bodde her en natt og opplevde hotellet som prisverdig og imøtekommende. Servicen var gjennomgående god – personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, noe som løftet totalinntrykket.
Rommet vi fikk var riktignok litt trangt, og standarden er enkel, men du får det du betaler for. For en rimelig overnatting uten luksusforventninger, er dette et helt greit valg.
