The toilet bowl itself was also unusually small. What I cannot understand is why we were placed in a non‑view room when other, better rooms were clearly available. It left us with the impression that, because we booked from abroad (Singapore), we were not given the same consideration as other guests. To be fair, the breakfast was good, but overall the experience did not meet expectations. "
