โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ
โThis property is an easy off and on the freeway yet in a very quiet location. Check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and well appointed..โ
โTHIS WAS MY 4 TIME RESERVING FOR MY NEPHEWS AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL AFTER THE 4 STAY THAT I GET A CALL FOR AN INCIDENTAL CHARGE THAT HAPPENEND ON THE 1ST STAY. AND APPARENTLY THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE THE PET FEE ON THE LAST STAY. โ
โDespite having problems with their water. This motel could have just let us figure it out and took our money. Instead they contacted me until I spoke with them and explained the situation. They offered to cancel the room. But I told them it would be okay. They gave us discounts and I did the pre-check in. When I got there. Everything was waiting for me. I signed one paper about the pet policy and was on my way to my room. Thank you for making sure communication was key. My family truly enjoyed...
โComplimentary breakfast was wonderful, the room and hotel were nice and well kept- the only complaint would be the parking, as there seems to be limited spaces available โ
โThe bed comfort level was just OK, wouldnโt any to stay more than a few nights but the rooms were clean spacious and quiet, considering it was a casino. โ
โOur stay was amazing the staff was excellent made our stay great i always book with them the room was clean and all appliances worked for us we had to have a fridge and microwave for the grandsons we couldn't figure out the television and called front desk maintenance was up there within 5 minutes and got cartoons on for the grandsons we look forward to coming back next year thank you for making our stay great only wish i could give you all more than 5 stars see you all next year ๐ โ
