I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. The location is close to amenities and it has a secure parking garage which I appreciated especially given the downtown location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, We ordered room service.The food we ordered was lukewarm and very bland. The hotel accepts pets but it’s in a terrible location if travelling with a dog. There are no grassy areas close to the hotel. Riverside Park is a great location nearby but dogs aren’t allowed.

I have stayed here several times and it is always ckean and the staff are wonderful. They will always go out of their way to go above and beyond to make your stay more pleasant. I have stayed with roughly 6 hotels in Kamloops and always heard Delta is above the average but when I tried this time I found out other ones that I have stayed had the same level of amenities with free parking and free breakfast. I don’t think that I am going to stay here after this.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Pool and hottub were great. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were top notch.
