heavy traffic and heavy noisy

I can't sleep at night on account of heavy traffic noisy for 3 nights. Terrible. I requested the change of my room, employee refused my suggestion. Oher side room is better, but they denied the my suggestion. I don't want to recommend any more with internet reservation. Hotel gave me a bad room.
Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2018
