"When we first arrived at the hotel, we were a bit taken back by the outside appearance, but then when we entered a sanctuary opened up. The free standing facade is a left over from the old cinema, the hotel behind has been completed in 2019. The rooms are clean and cosely furnished, it feels like you are staying with friends. For staff and service i would give 10 stars, they are incredible. Breakfast is a la cart, and they always offer you extras which are not on the menu, best breakfast during our 2 weeks trip in Cambodia! "

"Very close to center of town, short distance to riverfront. Staff very helpful in arranging tuk-tuk, even late at night. Breakfast - wow, very fresh w many choices. Other guests, mainly family, were friendly."

"We had a great stay at the Rikitikitavi. Here, you’ll find comforts that can often be hard to find in Cambodia; a working and reliable air conditioning, soft fresh towels, soft fresh bed sheets, super clean bathrooms and bright lights in the bathroom so you can see what you’re doing!! The staff is very helpful and attentive and speaks English! The restaurant has amazing food and you can’t beat the service here! Also, the location is fabulous! Enjoy a walk to almost everywhere you want to go, there’s restaurants galore to choose from and if you don’t want to walk, there’s plenty of tuk tuk close by. Highly recommended! "

"Ampor is awesome, she needs a raise. Great stay, only down side is the dogs and the animals next door. The rooms do not have sound proofing so it can get very loud in the middle of the night. Even still, highly recommend this crew. "

"The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Stayed in the king room with river view. It’s a little bit older than like in the photo but still good value for money. Only a short 5 minute tuk tuk into town. "

"Amazing hotel and lovely staff . They would go out of their way to help you . We got free upgrade as it was quiet , we felt like we had our own private hotel. A little far from town but tuk tuk was never more than $3 . Food was tasty and cheap for a hotel. Should be rated more stars for the service they give . We booked for 3 nights but extended another 2 , would definitely recommend it if you want a bit of luxury and on a bit of budget. "
