โGreat decor and level of cleanliness.
Very handy facilities & extras (gym access & laundry room) and staff are responsive.
Had a water disruption which was fortunately not too problematic timing, and was resolved reasonably quickly.โ
โWe had a great stay! The rooms were really cozy , clean and with a cool vibe. Staff in the reception was very welcoming and nice. The rooftop had a great view of Helsinki!
The only negative was that the breakfast did not open until 07:30 โ we had to rush through breakfast before our flight.
But the buffet was really nice ๐โ
โBob W was amazing. The suite was perfect for our needs 2 adults & 2 teenagers. A few items missing from kitchen & brought immediately. A few minutes from Central Market and numerous transportation options. Just disappointed that Bob wasn't a real person.โ
"It's very old hotel and the bathroom smells. I've been to many Radisons and this is the most disappointing. And it's far from the city center, so it's very inconvenient. It's hard to find a good point in this hotel.
