โBeautiful hotel. Well kept, clean and the staff are always super friendly and pleasant. Location is unbeatable as well if you want to stay within the heritage area. โ
โThere were problems in amenity kits. No vanity kit is available, although the box is there. So, empty box. There was no sewing kit on the first day, but second day found it. Sewing kit box is there. If you find difficulties to supply them, then the boxes you need to take away.
Other than that, staff were very kind and supportive, the hotel was nice.โ

โOld town Melaka in this hotel our suite was spacious and the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The bed was spacious and lounge chair amazing. Enjoyed the walkable tours . Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to stay here again. โ
