Impiana KLCC exceeded my expectations with excellent service and a prime location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially Karen, was professional and attentive. She helped fix my reservation mistake and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay memorable.
The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur—just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC Mall, with easy access to public transport.
