โPerfect hotel in Bandung. It was a new, clean, modern hotel. The room was spacious, staffs were friendly, nice view from the room and also from the sky lounge bar, safe surroundings, impressively various food for the breakfast and perfect location. I would definitely recommend this place.โ

โGem. Beschreibung & anhand ser Fotos ausgesucht, das sah gut aus. Die Fotos stammen definitiv von der Neuerรถffnung des Hotels und entsprechen รผberhaupt nicht mehr der Realitรคt! Die Mรถbel sind einfach zusammengezimmert & wirken etwas herumtergekommen. Die Matraze des Bettes war so durchgelegen dass wir beide sozusagen direkt nach dem Hinlegen in die Mitte des Bettes rutschten!
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, keine Ablageflรคchen, und extrem alt. Es sieht eklig & heruntergekommen aus. Die Toilette...
"I am travelling a lot, all over the world. Considering the price of this hotel, I would like to recommend this one "the world best hotel". I already have almost 3 Million Mileage in airflight, showing a long experience for hotel and airlines. The most important thing is that the employees at the hotel are very well trained and working very cheerfully. It is amazing how the owner has made them work like it, even if the salary is not so high in Bandung area. As a businessman I am trying to learn the system (management, employee training, and operations) and training. How can you make them to work hard for Guest. Many times, in Jakarta, Manila, Thai, etcs, I am encountering so many long faces in the hotels and various organizations. It seems that they are very unhappy and they are angry with their salary, welfare, and systems. But, in this hotel, how can you make them look very happy and work diligently, even though their salaries are not so high, compared with others. It is a mystery to me. I have to learn the secret.

"Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron โ and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n."
